Travis Intermediate Thanksgiving Project

The Students at Mitchell Intermediate have many opportunities to help those in our community through service projects. Each LC selects a project they will support throughout the year. One of the biggest projects we participate in is our Thanksgiving Food Drive for our sister school in Conroe, Travis Intermediate.

For over 20 years, Mitchell students have collected food items that will help provide a Thanksgiving meal for 100 families in the Travis Intermediate area. On November 18 our sixth grade ambassadors will travel to Travis where we meet with their Student Council members. The students will work together to assemble the meal boxes, take a tour of the Travis campus and participate in activities with the Student Council. We are asking each student to make a donation to help provide a Thanksgiving feast to a family in need. Thank you for making this possible.
