Medication Drop-Off Information

Dear Parent/Guardian,

If your child is returning to campus for Traditional/in-person instruction and will require daily, emergency, or other medication at school this year, please go here to sign up for a time slot to drop-off the medication via car rider line (you will not come into the building):

https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4DAAAF23A7FBCF8-medication

Medications must be in the original container, properly labeled, and not expired. Upon your arrival, a permission form for each medication will be completed by the Clinic Staff and signed by a parent or guardian. Inhalers, Epi-pens and other emergency medications must be accompanied by an Action Plan that is renewed each school year. If your child needs an Asthma Action Plan, Severe Allergy Action Plan, or a Seizure Action Plan, there are links to those forms on the Sign Up Genius.

NEW THIS YEAR: Doctor’s orders are required for over the counter medications that could possibly mask the symptoms of COVID-19. Any medications used to treat symptoms consistent with COVID-19 such as cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, and body aches will not be administered without a current healthcare provider’s note. This would include metered dose inhalers, cough and cold medications, acetaminophen, and ibuprofen. At this time, nebulized medications will not be administered during the school day.
