Art is an elective that rotates with music every nine weeks. In art, students will work with different types of media and touch on an array of subject matter. They will learn about the art masters from long ago, to modern day careers in art. Students have a chance to do “hands on” activities and really use their imagination while their teachers push them to their creative limits. Art has a mix of daily art work and at least 3 major projects every 9 weeks.
